Each week someone on your team needs to enter each participant's current weight and number of days exercised. Five is the maximum days of exercise that can be report each week for each team member. No extra points are given for more than 30 minutes a day or for extra days of exercise. It is required that the first and last weigh-ins be viewed by another team captain or site nurse. Back
